Current situation (WGEA 2015/16)

  • 1 in 5 enterprises in WA does pay gap analysis. Of those that do, only 2 in 5 took any action in response to the findings
  • Nearly 2 out of 3 enterprises in WA has a gender equity strategy, 1 of 2 has a flexible working strategy
  • In WA 1 in 3 managers are female, just over 1 in 5 are key management personnel and non-executive directors, just over 1 in 10 are CEOs or Chairs
  • In WA for every 100 men working there are 81 females working
