  • 3 in 5 WA enterprises have a gender equity strategy, and 1 in 2 has a flexible working strategy
  • In WA 1 in 3 managers are female, just over 1 in 5 are key management personnel and non-executive directors, just over 1 in 10 are CEOs or Chairs
  • In WA for every 100 men working, there are 81 females working
