Critical Conversations

What it is:

  • Our new 1-on-1 critical conversations have been created with the purpose to deeply engage managers as leaders to implement organisational and cultural change that supports gender balance.

  • To develop managers' capacity to lead on their commitment to gender equity: elicit buy-in and alignment with operational leaders and teams to engender personal and organisational commitment to gender balance.

What is included:

  • 5 x 1-on-1 sessions (one hour each), includes initial and final debrief with a sponsor within the executive leadership team.

  • Your why for gender equity (what you say), how you role-model gender equity (what you do), building top team commitment (what you prioritise), creating systems that reinforce the cultural transformation (what you measure).

  • An action plan at the end of each session with commitments to next steps.
