What it is:
Our new 1-on-1 critical conversations have been created with the purpose to deeply engage managers as leaders to implement organisational and cultural change that supports gender balance.
To develop managers' capacity to lead on their commitment to gender equity: elicit buy-in and alignment with operational leaders and teams to engender personal and organisational commitment to gender balance.
What is included:
5 x 1-on-1 sessions (one hour each), includes initial and final debrief with a sponsor within the executive leadership team.
Your why for gender equity (what you say), how you role-model gender equity (what you do), building top team commitment (what you prioritise), creating systems that reinforce the cultural transformation (what you measure).
An action plan at the end of each session with commitments to next steps.
