Better balance, better business

CEO Roundtable hosted by Clough

This month, our CEO Roundtable was hosted by Clough's CEO, Peter Bennett, and Kooya Australia Fleet Solution's CEO, Sharna Collard. The conversation recognised the influence of their supply chain in delivering outcomes for women in Western Australia.

Thank you to all attendees for joining this CEO-led conversation and for making a commitment to gender equity.

It aims to promote gender equity in STEM by showcasing the breadth of scientific talent in Australia, enabling a diverse range of women to be offered exciting opportunities to progress their careers and personal capabilities.

Better balance leads to better business

How will you choose to challenge this International Women's Day?

International Women's Day 2021.png

This International Women's Day, I am asking business leaders to do more than #choosetochallenge others' stereotypes.

This year I am asking all leaders in WA to #choosetochallenge ourselves to build a better balanced workforce that is inclusive of women at all levels.

Societal expectations regarding women in study and work have changed enormously over the last 30 years in Australia. It's time for workplaces to catch up with society which starts with leaders accepting that change starts at the top, and that it starts with us.
