Why commit to more women in the workplace?
Paying lip service to gender equality is not good enough. The most prosperous societies and economies maximise the potential of their people regardless of gender. The same is true of organisations.
An organisation needs strong foundations. It needs the support of the entire workforce. CEOs can ensure their organisations are successful by supporting a culture that genuinely embraces diversity of opinion and leadership style and for all CEOs to be role models for inclusive behaviour.
