WHY COMMIT TO GENDER EQUITY?

Business leaders have a role to play in creating a culture in our workplaces that values equality and diversity and provides opportunity for all, particularly women, to advance into leadership positions. We also have to confront key issues such as the gender pay gap if we are serious about improving gender equity and boosting female participation in the workplace.

At GRA Partners, we believe that a flexible workplace and diverse workforce helps us attract, retain and motivate employees from the widest possible pool of talent, improves innovation and creativity and creates an environment that leads to higher performance and a greater employee experience. It also improves the connection between our people, our clients and the communities we work in.

I’ve joined CEOs for Gender Equity to ensure GRA Partners continues to strive for equitable outcomes for our staff and learns from other organisations through sharing success stories.

As a leader, I am committed to providing equality of opportunity in the workplace and removing the barriers that continue to frustrate this objective.
