CGE exists to accelerate gender equity through CEO leadership, supporting leaders to move commitment into the systems, decisions and cultures that shape opportunity.

Our Team
Dr Ashley McGrath
Chief Executive Officer
Dr Ashley leads CGE's strategic direction, member engagement and advocacy, bringing deep expertise in gender equity, leadership and organisational change. With a PhD focused on accelerating female diversity and inclusion in the Western Australian mining industry, Dr Ashley brings research, strategy and practical action together to support leaders in creating meaningful and measurable progress.
Henry Cooper
Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Manager
Henry leads strategic partnerships and member engagement, supporting CGE to grow its reach, strengthen relationships and create greater value for members. With experience across youth work, mentoring, community engagement and inclusion, Henry brings a people-centred approach to building connections that support practical gender equity action.
Kelly Burns
Communications and Marketing Manager
Kelly leads CGE's communications, content and digital engagement, shaping how the organisation tells its story and amplifies the work of its members. Through strategic marketing, storytelling and brand development, Kelly helps translate CGE's purpose, impact and member value into clear, compelling communications across every channel.
Julianna Stanko
Marketing and Project Lead
Julianna Stanko supports the delivery of CGE's strategic projects, events and member engagement activities, helping ensure key initiatives are delivered with clarity, consistency and care. With experience across stakeholder coordination, communications support and project delivery, Julianna contributes to the smooth execution of work that strengthens CGE's member experience and organisational impact.
