WHY COMMIT TO GENDER EQUITY?

I once heard a leader assure the Dalai Lama “We all pray for peace”... His Holiness leaned forward to take the leader’s hands and, with a delightful sparkle in his eye, chuckled. “Less prayer. More action”. It stayed with me.

Gender equity is easy to aspire to, but the granulation of a concept into actionable steps, with practical strategies and toolkits and peers who are all somewhere along the journey with their sleeves rolled up - that is where CGE have excelled.

Performance Story is committed to optimising performance for individuals, teams and organisations and you can’t achieve any of that without diversity and equity any more than you can have a whole team full of full backs.
