Workplace norms, systems and expectations can still limit men’s participation in care. Share the Care brings male CEOs together to challenge these barriers and explore practical actions leaders can take to create change.

Join other male CEOs for a confidential discussion about the barriers that can prevent men from taking a greater role in parenting and caring, and the actions leaders can take to address them.

Personal stories can help shift expectations and encourage other leaders to act.

We are inviting male CEOs to share their experiences of parenting, caring or leading workplace change. Selected stories may feature in the Share the Care CEO Success Story Series and help inform future conversations and resources.
