CEOs for Gender Equity (CGE) is proud to announce the appointment of Caitlin Iustini and Ben Lambert to its board of directors, further strengthening its commitment to advancing gender equity across Australian workplaces.
Caitlin Iustini, Operations Manager at Technical Resources and Director at Digital Resources and PARTNER, brings over 16 years of experience in operational leadership, spanning marketing, HR, IT, and stakeholder engagement. Reflecting on her appointment, Caitlin shared:

Ben Lambert, Managing Director (WA & NT) and a seasoned leader in the energy and resources sectors, has over 25 years of experience in sustainability, energy transition, and risk management. Ben expressed his enthusiasm for the role, saying:
