Our first TV ad!

We’re proud to launch our first television advertisement as part of a new behavioural change campaign focused on raising awareness of gender bias in the workplace.


This first instalment explores the subtle, often unnoticed behaviours that shape women’s experiences at work. It encourages viewers to pause, reflect and recognise how bias can be reinforced or interrupted in just ten seconds.


A second ad is in development, focusing on how gender bias affects men, a reminder that bias looks different for everyone, and awareness is the first step toward change.


We are so grateful to all the support of our community in bringing this to life.
