Peta Slocombe and Rabia Siddique Join the CEOs for Gender Equity Board

CEOs for Gender Equity (CGE) has appointed Peta Slocombe and Rabia Siddique to its Board, strengthening the organisation’s leadership and strategic capability as it continues to support CEOs to advance gender equity across Western Australia.
CGE works directly with chief executives to drive cultural and structural change, improve workplace outcomes and support long term progress toward gender equity. The appointment of Peta and Rabia brings significant experience in leadership, organisational culture, justice and community impact.
Peta Slocombe, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Performance Story, has extensive experience in leadership development, organisational psychology and strategic culture improvement. Her work spans the private, public and community sectors, with a focus on enabling people and organisations to reach their full potential.
Peta said,
“I've spent my entire career helping people raise the bar on what they believe is possible. You can't be passionate about individuals, companies or the community being at their best without also being committed to gender equity.I am delighted at the opportunity to contribute to CGE's vision, deep spirit of collaboration, and contemporary approach to change. Rabia Siddique is an international humanitarian lawyer, retired British Army officer, author and leadership consultant. She has worked globally to advance justice, equity and human rights, holding roles in conflict resolution, complex negotiations and values based leadership.
Rabia said,
“I'm honoured to join the CEOs for Gender Equity Board, a collective of leaders committed to driving real and lasting cultural change.For me, gender equity has never been a “women’s issue”; it is a justice issue, a leadership issue, and a human issue.
